Every person is different and I am there to support you and push you to achieve your goals. Goal Setting – having a deadline to work towards and having a goal to work towards is the best way to get started. I encourage my clients to really think about their goals. What is their goal, when they want it by, why, how etc, and I will ask all the specific questions so we can get it right and have a target to work towards. It is this type of accountability and hard work that gets people great results!
45 minutes once a week is all you need of 1 on 1 personal training. 45 minutes of a personal training session that is going to push you further than you would push yourself is a much better investment than a gym membership when most people don’t use it and are unsure about whether or not what they are doing is getting them the right results.
I also offer Nutrition and Lifestyle advice as well as home workouts to help you achieve your goals faster! My sessions are reasonably priced with great options to suit all budgets.
