This is some of the magic that you will get from having me – one on one – that is involved with personal training sessions… 45 Minute One on One Personal Training Sessions - This involves a boxing warm up to get you ready for your workout, and a stretch and massage at the end
- Full consultation & chat – this is to find out as much as I can about you, your goals, your health and fitness goals and ways we can help you be the best you can be!
- Measurements are optional
- Goal setting techniques, Mindset strategies
- Nutritional help
- Home workouts for you to complete at home during the week if you require them
- Ongoing support anytime
BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:
Team up with a friend of similar ability to yourself and train together!
- $35 per person
SMALL PT GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS:
Train together in a group – cuts costs for those who need it and provides great motivation and team support with other training buddies
- Group Training Sessions for 3 people = $30 per person
- Group Training Sessions for 4 people = $25 per person
