You don’t have to let your past or your comfort zone define who you are today, tomorrow or your future.
Change always starts with a vision. This is why it’s so important to surround yourself with positive influences and friends and people you look up too and who inspire you. Set goals – small and big – have an action plan in place and take the steps you need too in order to get there.
Remember – most successful people, coaches, sports stars, movie stars, health and fitness inspirations etc didn’t just wake up and have success fall into their lap. They didn’t just wake up and get a body like that or the life they have by doing nothing. Anything worth having takes commitment, discipline, sacrifice and hard work - and of course stepping outside your comfort zone.

Want to lose weight, look great and feel great? Find a coach or a trainer.
Want to have a successful career? Find the right influences and people who have done what you want to do and learn from them, read books, listen to podcasts, do what you need to do in order to get you to where you want to go in life.
Always be ok with change – BUT also be ok to make mistakes. It’s all part of the journey.
Life is too short to be unhappy and not be happy and passionate every day.
Step up, commit, grow and take action NOW! Get your vision - Get your goal - Get an action plan and make it happen! It doesn't matter if you make mistakes and fail - as long as you get back up and keep going.
