This is so so important! What the mind believes the body will achieve. If you want results in your life and you want an abundant life full of health and happiness and success – You HAVE to have a positive mindset!
It doesn’t happen overnight and it requires A LOT of work trust me! There will be blocks and negative things that pop up and insecurities, but it’s easy to start to turn those around and create new beliefs – well maybe not easy, but if you do the work, you will notice a change in yourself.
When you journal and write down positive affirmations and speak positive languages, you put yourself in a higher positive vibration, you attract positive things. Focus on what you DO want rather than what you don’t want. When you write down what you are grateful for every day, when you speak positively and are excited about the journey you are on and really really focus on changing your mindset – every single day – not just once in a while! Then your life WILL change I promise you.
Design your vision board – Your training – Your nutrition – Whatever you want.
Work out your goals – what are your goals over the next 1 – 3 – 6 months. Focus on YOU. This needs to be about what you want and what you deserve.
Make up a morning mantra – something that you can say to yourself every morning “I deserve the body of my dreams” or whatever it will be.
This doesn’t just need to be about health and fitness, this can be about your career, relationships, your life in general, your travel goals – the list goes on! I find that when I am focused on doing this daily and put myself in that high vibration and write down my goals, my gratitude, my affirmations - Good stuff happens, it honestly does!
This will create the start of a beautiful healthy mindset and body as time goes on. You deserve this – believe in yourself – you got this! X
