So here is what you would roughly expect from me and what I'm all about!
When you first attend one of my sessions, I am not going to throw you in the deep end. I won't push you until you break and I do cut you a little slack. (It lasts about 3 sessions if you’re lucky)
While I assess what you are capable of, learn who you are and what you want to achieve, your goals, and a little bit more of getting to know you, we will just be slowly getting to know where your limits are and on what scale and how fast we can progress.
Clients that have come to me for a while will know whilst I'm always nice, (some actually say I'm evil but in the most loving way!) I WILL challenge you if you need it and I will push you past your comfort zone. If I know you don't need to stop, I won't let you stop. If I know you can’t possibly keep going and it’s hurting - I will get you to stop. I do NOT want to injure you! ever..
If you need tough love, you will get it, (in a nice way). I will continually correct your form, encourage greater range of motion, ensure you are performing your best and not slacking off, but I'll never be the trainer screaming in your face, so if you want that, don't come to me!
Effective training = results. You don't need me screaming in your face for that. You don't need to vomit for that. You don't need to risk your safety every single session for that.
When you have injuries or limitations, we will work around them. If you are pregnant, post natal, have had injuries, etc, you will receive allowances and I will offer you alternatives to ensure you don't over do it. Too much too soon is not recommended. Although it may seem slow and frustrating - it’s best not to cause further injury!
If you put your trust in me, do the work, you will get the results, guaranteed. But it's a partner relationship. I don't have a magic wand and unless you do what you agree too - I can't be with you 24/7 to ensure you are doing what you should be to get your desired results.

To be passionate and enjoy life and enjoy all it has to offer - your health and fitness and wellbeing should come FIRST! If you don’t have your health, you have nothing. If you are too unhealthy to enjoy life and too unfit to do activities or fit on the seats of a plane, you have nothing. Don’t take for granted this body that you’ve been given. Look after it, and it will look after you!
