When life is tough, this can be the perfect opportunity to make a simple stand and say, “I’m going to look after myself.” In fact, when your life feels like it's spiraling out of control, that's the perfect time to undertake a transformation!
I have had girls join me when they are going through a really tough time emotionally, but they have taken the steps needed to look after themselves and just get started, and the transformation in their happiness from looking after themselves just makes me (and them) so happy!
You cannot always rely on Motivation to exercise or eat healthy - You have to have DISCIPLINE!
There is always times when we do not feel like exercising, there are times when we want the chocolate and not the veggies… We ALL have times like that - me included!
But you need to dig deep - you need to go back to your ‘WHY’. Why are you doing this? What is your goal? WHY is this important to you? On a scale of 1 -10 HOW important is it?
If your ‘why’ is not important enough, then you simply just won’t do it.
The thing that gets me doing what I need to do is DISCIPLINE not Motivation. I have the discipline to do what I need to do, even when I don’t feel like doing it.
This is what I really would love for you to try and find. Stop making excuses and just do it! If you don’t want too… that’s fine… just don’t complain about it!
