‘If nothing changes – Nothing changes!’
I am a huge fan of affirmations and there are so many fantastic ones out there and so much mindset stuff and there are probably many of you who think it’s all gobbly gook and just airy fairy rubbish – but let me tell you it’s not!
The massive journey I have been on over the last 4 years has been just that – Massive!
It started when I finally embarked on my dream job and decided to train to be a Fitness Professional with Max International College for Fitness Professionals. This college is simply the best and I learnt so much and it started the ball rolling with the changes that have taken place over the last 4 years.
Max taught me so many gold nuggets about business yes, but one of the major focuses they have is mindset – mindset is everything. If you don’t have the right mindset – you will never succeed in life.
Everything is energy
Thought is energy
The more the thought is repeated and the more energy and power it generates – the more reality it will manifest.
By focusing on what you DO want to happen in your life rather than worrying and stressing about what you DON’T want to happen, you will ultimately end up in a better place and having a fun rewarding life.
So as the years have gone on, I have trained people at home doing mobile training, then worked out of a friends studio and all the time having a dream and picture in my head of my own space and studio to call mine and do it how I want too one day. So to cut a very long story short, it’s finally happened and I couldn’t be happier! I had this dream in my mind and wrote down my goals every day and it took me a while to get to decide where and when to do it, but I believe everything is done at the perfect time, and now is the perfect time for me.
I am continually working on my mindset, working on my business, working on myself, working at building relationships and being a better person – I am by no means perfect, but what I know to be true is that if you want things to change – YOU need to change. If you keep doing what you’ve always done – you’ll get what you’ve always got!
Some of my simple strategies for a richer, happier, healthier life are:
Journal – keep a journal – write in it every day, write your goals down, write every day what you are grateful for and keep manifesting that with your thoughts and affirmations and you will be amazed at how this really works!
Vision Boards – Make a vision board of what you want to achieve, all the things you desire and would love to have and do and what’s important to you – look at it every day!
Before you go to sleep at night thinking of all these things, focusing on the good and the gratefulness and manifesting the things you want in your life, the subconscious mind is so powerful!
So rather than saying “I can’t do that” ask yourself “How can I”
This is something I’m still learning to do!
So thank you to all of you who have shared my journey, thank you to all of my amazing loyal clients (friends) who enrich my life – I love helping you and I love having all these friends visit me every day!!! How cool is that!
