There are many ‘experts’ out there with their own opinions and facts about what is the best time of day to exercise and what type of exercises you should be doing – BUT at the end of the day – it’s up to YOU!
When do you like to exercise? Are you a morning person who has tons of energy in the morning or do you have more energy later in the day? If you struggle to find energy in the morning and are not motivated, then the morning is not the best time for you to exercise. Same deal applies if you find it hard to motivate yourself in the afternoon/evening.
What type of exercise should you be doing?
Same answer- do the ones that YOU enjoy doing. If you hate running – don’t run! If you love boxing – Box!!! Do what YOU enjoy.
If you go and do something that you don’t enjoy doing, chances are you won’t stick at it and will give up pretty quick.
Do what makes you feel best!
