You see everyone wants a tighter, fitter, healthier body - but are you willing to do the work that is required and put in the effort? How much do you really want it? Why do you want it? Is the 'why' enough? Because if it doesn't really mean that much to you, you will continue on doing what you are doing now and nothing will change.
Everyone wants the fit toned body until it's time to get up at 5.00am in the morning or go to the gym in the dark or pouring rain and freezing cold, or choose the nutritious food over junky takeaways or early nights over drinking and partying ... everyone wants the end result until they realise what it actually takes!! You can't have your cake and eat it too.
Results don't come from doing random trainings here and there, they don't just happen from training once a week ...
The girls who have got these results are consistent, hard workers, they are committed, they are goal driven! They don't give up, and they do NOT make excuses! The 'no time', 'no money', 'it's too hot', 'it's too cold, wet etc' excuses. There is always a way to make it work for you no matter what your circumstances as I've seen it done from people in hard circumstances before and they've made it work.
So don't go making New Years resolutions and then not keep them - don't set goals and then not achieve them, if you are unhappy with your current health and fitness or body, then do something about it - or don't - the choice is yours. But it you don't do anything about it, then please don't complain if you aren't willing to change it. All the 'New Year - New You' messages you will be getting are all well and good, but wouldn't it be better if this was your 'normal'? What if you were fit, healthy, strong, confident, happy, healthy - ALL the time?!
Reach your goals - Achieve your dreams - Feel confident - Be happy - Be Healthy! Because without health - we have nothing!
Be the happiest, healthiest version on you in 2017 AND for the rest of your life! I have loved hearing everyone's new goals for this year and I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
Happy New Year!
